Hi, Lori,

It was so nice to meet you yesterday and it was great to see the "cat's
house" in California. I am so happy for the cats you have. I know they get
lots of love from you and your family!

Willow is such an adorable kitten!

Willow was doing great during the trip. As soon as we got onto the freeway
after we left your house, I took him out from the carrier and put him on my
laps. He was nervous for only about two minutes then he started to explore
everything in the car. After he got a bit tired, he laid on his back on my
laps then on the back seat in the car and slept all the way to the airport!

Everyone in the airport who saw him loved him so much! Some girls stopped us
to say "hi" to him. The two ladies at the United counter who helped me to
get him a ticket asked me to put him on the top of their counter so they
could see him. When I went through the security, no one asked me for his
health certificate. I was holding him to go through the security check,
everybody in that little area asked me questions about him. Many of them
thought he was a baby girl because he looks so pretty!! He was a little bit
scared at the security as there were too many people but he was doing okay.
After the security check, we made to the gate and got onto the airplane.
All of the flight attendants smiled when they saw his little cute face.

He was almost sleeping all the way to Denver. When we got home, we fed him
the food you gave me. We put litter in the litter box. He ate, drank, went
to the bath room then started to explore the new home. He went to bed with
me and slept by my side until 7:00 am this morning! He purrs all the time!!

I was planning to go to the office today but changed my mind this morning.
It would be great if I can work from home to make sure he is okay on his
first day here. So I am working from home now and he is looking at me typing
the email to you :-)

He likes going onto the steps I have at home. I have a study room upstairs
and there are about 15 steps. Since this morning, he has been running
upstairs and downstairs for at least 10 times!! I need to make sure he is
not too tired by end of today :-) He likes the big ruffle ball I have at
home for decoration - he has been playing with it for at least 30 minutes.
He looks very happy. I also bought him more than 10 different kinds of toys
- I will see if he likes them.

Thanks so much Lori for letting me have him. I am so excited about the new
life with Willow! I will try my best to take good care of him. I will buy
him the food /brand you recommended to make sure he likes it. Did I tell
you - everybody around me (co-workers & friends) loves him even if they only
saw his pictures? Some of them will visit me for Willow this week. Actually
on my birthday a couple of weeks ago, every birthday gift I got from firends
was for Willow :-) !! They gave me very cute pet bowls, his picture framed,
and Petsmart gift cards etc. Even Keith was joking - he said " Now I know
who will get most attention from you" :). I know I will love Willow with my
heart for the rest of my life. Keith loves him too. He is busy with work
but he promised he would come here to see Willow again this Wednesday.

I will take as many pictures of him as I can then send them to you. Let's
definitely stay in touch.

Hi, Lori,

I hope you are doing great with your new cute kitties!! They are adorable!

Just want to share the good news with you - Keith and I are engaged! And guess what, Keith tied a ribbon with the ring around Willow's neck and asked Willow to bring it to me for the surprise! He knows how much I love Willow so I can't say 'no' to him :-)

We changed Willow's name to 'Donut' - because he is as sweet / soft / round / yellow as real donuts! And whenever he sees us eating donuts, he gets crazy and almost begging us to give him some (of course we didn't) :-) I hope you like this new name.

Donut is 9 pounds already and just got the Rabbies shot as required by Colorado State. He is very playful, handsome and everybody loves him so much. I love him more and more everday and can't imagine living a life without him.
