Lori: Pumpkin is PERFECT in every way. He got his second round of immunizations.
He weighs a whopping 4lbs 3oz.!!!! Of course, my vet and all who worked
there think he is sooooo adorable. He really won everyone over with his
good looks and great outgoing personality. He is such a ham. I cannot
put into words how much I love my (not-so) little Purrcifuss Pumpkin.
I never thought there would be a cat who could come close to the amazingly
loving and personality-plus Murphy -- the most fabulous and special cat
I have ever met. But, lo and behold, I found you and Abba's wonderful
boy, Purrcy, and he is just so incredible. He has his own totally unique
outgoing and loving personality and, after falling in love at first sight
with him (via the web), I have only grown to love him more and more each
and every day. I am sooooo happy that he and Murphy have bonded -- that
was my biggest wish -- and watching them play together brings me so much
joy. I feel like a mom who has "favorites", and although all of my cats
really are special, I gotta say that Murphy and Purr C. Fuss are two of
a kind and special amongst the kitten kingdom. Anyway, I am so glad I
met you and will be forever and ever grateful to you for this gift. And,
one day, I will have another one of your babies... that is a promise!
Debra Second kitty that Debra got in January of 2008: Lori, Your kitties are the most socialized little bundles I have ever met!!! As I mentioned, I put JuJuBee directly into my bedroom with her own litter box, food, and water, and my other 3 boys are locked out for now. When I opened the bedroom door, they were all smooshed up against it so tight, it was a riot. I fed the big guys, then they were back standing vigil at the bedroom door. After leaving JuJuBee on her own for the first hour, I snuck back in the bedroom and when I called her name, she literally CAME RUNNING up to me, then laid down next to my legs and purred and purred. I then put her back in her Sherpa carrier, and let my top cat, Murphy, in to see her. He took one look, hissed, and ran away. I let him sit in the room for a few minutes and stare. Then, I took Murphy out and let Purrcy in. Purrcy, my clown and still 2-year old kitten, came wandering up to the carrier and JuJuBee started hissing at HIM. I think she though he was Murphy, that other big old orange boy! Anyway, it really didn't phase Purrcy too much -- he was too busy sniffing the scratching post and cat bed up one side and down the other where JuJuBee had been playing. Tucker is not interested, so no introductions for him tonight. I brought the empty carrier out here in the living room and Murphy and Purrcy have both been inside sniffing. That's the limit of the introductions for tonight. I am going to cuddle and comfort JuJu in my bedroom tonight. The other cats will be pissed, especially Murphy because he sleeps on the bed with me, but they will get over it and I want her to be safe and secure and happy tonight. I have the next 3 days off and will be spending it in pretty much this way -- very slowly getting them all used to the idea of each other :-) She is absolutely incredible!!! Her face, her personality, her purr, everything. I love her black hind feet. Well, better go check in on her. I will stay in touch via email over the next few days..... THANK YOU AGAIN for a second wonderful cat from OZ.......... Debra More from Debra a month after getting her kitty. Lori, Just have to tell you ONE MORE TIME (for this week....) how much I love
The cats are all more and more comfortable with each other every day
